• Task: Secure first expansion restaurant and brewery space for Stone Brewing & World Bistro Garden.

• Result: Leased 25,000 SF in Liberty Station, the largest restaurant in San Diego County. Stone served as an anchor to stabilize the once struggling property allowing it to flourish as a restaurant and entertainment destination.
