LEASING

• Task: Lease two-story retail building, formerly occupied by Borders Books & Music.
• Challenge: Convert single-tenant building to multi-tenant uses and secure large anchor- type tenants to lease large multi-level floor plates.
• Result: Leased to Fogo de Chao within 3 months of owner’s acquisition and Kaplan Language School within 6 months of owners acquisition. Fully leased within 14 months.
